About Me   My name is Sherman Watts and I humbly serve as the sole owner/developer of Motivate Systems LLC. I started Motivate Systems from home in 2007 working after-hours and on the weekends as time allowed. I have worked full-time in Information Technology since graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2003. Work Experience 2009-2012 - State of Alaska Department of Transportation as a Computer/Network Specialist II. 2008-2009 - University of Alaska Fairbanks as Desktop Technician, Golden Valley Electric Association as Contractor/Consultant, and Motivate Systems writing programs. 2006-2008 - Golden Valley Electric Association as a Windows System Engineer II.     2003-2006 University of Alaska Fairbanks Division of Computing and Communications as a Lead Windows System Administrator. 2001-2003 Volt Services as the Student Ambassador to Microsoft providing presentations on .NET technologies to college students. 2001-2003 Internship with the State of Alaska Department of Transportation providing computer/network support and programming. 2000-2001 Alaska Satellite Facility - Student Intern programming in C/C++ and Perl.
